Broxoo AB is located all over the world by Broxoo.com and offers products in fashion.

When you send your order, you must approve our purchase terms, which means that your order is binding. The terms of sale include the choice of purchase and your rights as a customer.

Broxoo reserve for possible delivery delays, price adjustments, technical errors and printing errors.

Payment & prices

When you shop via Broxoo.com, you choose between direct payment through your bank, card payment with a bank or credit card that is connected to Mastercard / Visa, or invoice (by Klarna or PayPal). All are simple and safe alternatives. Broxoo.com shows all prices in Swedish kronor including VAT. Broxoo have Free Shipping.

Order confirmation and delivery confirmation / receipt

Once you have completed your order at Broxoo.com you will receive an automatic order confirmation from Broxoo via e-mail confirming that we have received your order. Don’t forget to check that your confirmation is correct. If you are not expected to receive an order confirmation, please contact Broxoo contact@broxoo.com.

Deliveries

Broxoo.com have standard 1-3 days in Sweden, 3-7 days in Scandinavia and Europe, 3-10 days world wide. Broxoo are shipping with, DHL, PostNord or Other partner for the delivery.

Not collected order:

The order remains for 14 days from the time the order arrives at you adress or delivery point. For orders that are not picked up in time, Broxoo AB charges you 250 SEK.

Disagreements:

In the case of disputes that Broxoo does not succeed in resolving, we recommend that you as a customer turn to the General Advertising Board, www.arn.se or Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm (Sweden). Broxoo always follows their (ARN) recommendations. As a customer you can also use the online platform for complaints that is available on the EU Commission website:

http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

For information on which rights you have as a customer of Broxoo as a consumer, we recommend you visit the Consumer Agency’s website www.konsumentverket.se.

Force Majeure:

Events such as war, natural disaster, labor market measures, government decisions, non-deliveries from subcontractors, costly circumstances and similar events outside Broxoo’s control, which could not be reasonably foreseen, shall be attributed to force majeure. This means that Broxoo is released from its obligations to fulfill the agreements entered into.

Return Policy:

You always have the right to regret your purchase at Broxoo.com within 14 days without giving any reason. The product must be unused and in new condition, but you have the right to carefully open the packaging and examine the product to see what it has for properties and function. Be careful if the product or packaging has been handled carelessly, there may be a deduction from the refund. The product must be unused, in new condition, in its original packaging and have all possible labels left.

If you choose to return your Broxoo product you will pay a shipping cost of 79 SEK. Always save your delivery confirmation. If you have any questions contact contact@broxoo.com.

If you are a customer from Sweden, we refer to Broxoo’s standard form for the exercise of the right of withdrawal at the Consumer Agency

Complaints:

If there are defects in the goods you have purchased, Broxoo abides by all statutory guarantee regulations. If you have a complaint regarding obvious material or manufacturing faults in goods that we have supplied, including damage incurred in transit, please contact Broxoo at contact@broxoo.com and return the defective product to Övre Matrosgatan 6a, 41315 Gothenburg (Sweden). If we see that the defect is not caused by you, we will send you a new product. In this case you don’t need to pay any shipping cost of 79 SEK.
